Dr. Nipun Bhargava
Dr. Nipun Bhargava brings a strong scientific and managerial acumen to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Perfact Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. With an academic foundation from the University of Manchester in Chemical Engineering (B.Eng. Hons and M.Sc. in Advanced Chemical Engineering), and a Ph.D. in Water Science and Governance from TERI School of Advanced Studies, he offers a rare blend of technical depth and policy insight in environmental management.
Since 2011, Dr. Bhargava has played a pivotal role in Perfact’s EIA division, rising through the ranks from a trainee to his current leadership position. He has led and supported numerous high-impact Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across sectors such as pesticides, chemicals, carbon black, cement, and more. His work spans air dispersion modeling, pollution load assessments, water balance studies, and risk hazard analysis. His proficiency with tools like AERMOD and PHAST and his active role in regulatory and technical documentation highlight his hands-on approach.
An active member of professional bodies including IChemE (UK), IEI, and IIChE, Dr. Bhargava is also deeply involved in strategic planning, quality assurance, and business development, ensuring the organization’s excellence in both execution and innovation.
