Rachna Bhargava is the driving force behind the operational and strategic growth of Perfact Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she serves as the Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of dedicated experience in environmental consultancy, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s core capabilities in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Systems, and corporate sustainability practices.
An academic achiever, Mrs. Bhargava holds a diverse educational portfolio including a B.A. (Hons.) in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.A. in Geography, and M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences. Her comprehensive training spans critical domains such as ISO 14001 EMS auditing, ISO 17025 laboratory management, air dispersion modelling, EIA and SIA methodologies, and corporate sustainability frameworks.
Her career spans leadership roles across reputed organizations including Ecomen Consultants and Mohitezist Enviro India Pvt. Ltd., prior to co-founding Perfact. Under her guidance, Perfact has led several high-profile EIA projects in various sectors across India, including Ropeway transport infrastructure, Industrial estates, Common Municipal Solid Waste Management Facility, Buildings & construction, Township & Area development. Ms. Bhargava’s deep-rooted understanding of environmental governance, technical compliance, and stakeholder engagement continues to define Perfact’s commitment to sustainable development.
